A little about the person behind the work
Meet Adrienne
Adrienne is deeply relational, deeply curious, and deeply committed to the work of becoming.
She has spent much of her life walking alongside people and believing wholeheartedly in their capacity to grow and succeed.
Before moving into her current spiritual work, Adrienne was a licensed therapist and worked within the Exceptional Children departments of several schools, including in therapeutic roles supporting children and families.
Her own journey has taken her deeply inward as well. She has devoted years to intentional inner work— turning toward the parts of herself that are difficult to face and meeting her shadows honestly.
